The Internal Dispatcher plans and coordinates the movement of equipment across the company network to maximize fleet utilization. Key duties include assigning loads to trucks, routing, obtaining permits, and providing freight quotes to internal teams.
Candidates must have experience in the trucking industry and a strong knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement. A valid driver's license is required, while a bachelor's degree and Pilot Car Driver Certification are preferred.
