The Lead Service Technician will troubleshoot and repair equipment, manage shop workflow, and assist other technicians with field jobs and parts ordering. They are also responsible for maintaining work orders, ensuring safety compliance, and conducting final inspections on all completed repairs.
Candidates must have a technical degree in a mechanical field or equivalent experience, with at least three years of mechanical experience preferred. Proficiency in Caterpillar and AGCO product lines, along with strong troubleshooting skills and valid driver insurability, is required.

Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $32.73/hr-$53.03/hr, DOE. (+$1.50/hour lead differential)
