The Procurement Agent manages the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from requisition to delivery to support program and operational requirements. This includes ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of procurement experience in the aerospace or defense industry and familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance are mandatory requirements.

The Procurement Agent is responsible for executing procurement activities in support of program and operational requirements. This role manages purchase orders from requisition through delivery, ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations (FAR/DFARS), and works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Operates with moderate independence and supports continuous improvement of procurement processes. This is a full-time position that is onsite at our office in El Segundo, California.
This position's internal job title is Procurement Agent. Our team is currently hiring for level 3.

Summary pay range: Level 3: $94,350-$138,750
