Coordinate the planning and execution of satellite hardware builds from subassembly through final vehicle integration and test. Act as the central communication point to track progress, manage shortages, and ensure production stays on schedule.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment such as aerospace or automotive. Must be proficient in production tracking systems and have a strong understanding of configuration control and traceability.

Varda’s W-Series vehicles are built, designed, and operated by Varda in-house, including the pharmaceutical processing payloads, the capsules, the C-PICA heat shields, and the satellite buses.

Varda was founded in January 2021 by Will Bruey and Delian Asparouhov with significant backing from world class investors including Khosla Ventures, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, Caffeinated Capital, General Catalyst, and Also Capital.

The Production Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of satellite hardware builds from subassembly manufacturing through final vehicle integration and test. This role serves as a central point of communication for day-to-day build activities, tracks progress and constraints, and helps keep satellite manufacturing and integration work moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
