Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Wat sowieso goed is om te weten: voor een merchandiser is geen dag hetzelfde! 😉 Je werkt voor verschillende grote A-merken waarbij je soms 10-12 supermarkten op een dag bezoekt. Je zorgt dat schapkaarten, actiedisplays, banners, vloerstickers en andere materialen netjes geplaatst worden.
Voor het weekend hoor je wat jouw planning is voor de volgende week, zodat je precies weet welke winkels je bezoekt en wat er van je wordt verwacht. Je voert de opslagbox, de locaties en je thuisadres in een handige route-app in. De app stelt vervolgens de meest efficiënte route voor. Ideaal!
Natuurlijk kan een werkdag altijd anders lopen, zo legt Field Coach Sophie uit: 'Mijn tip is om je goed voor te bereiden, maar ook flexibel te zijn. De dag kan altijd net wat anders lopen dan gepland, waardoor je route en planning ook verandert. Gelukkig is het hoofdkantoor bereikbaar voor vragen en komt het altijd helemaal goed!'
Jouw werk bestaat voornamelijk uit merchandise rondes in supermarkten. Daarnaast help je mee met ombouwprojecten, waarbij je in een team aan de slag gaat. Dit zorgt voor een functie vol afwisseling, uitdaging en gezelligheid!

Merchandiser Donovan zegt hierover het volgende: 'Ik vind het menselijke van Smollan heel bijzonder. Ik werk hier nu iets langer dan een half jaar en we hebben al een Expeditie Robinson teamuitje gehad en ik ben mee geweest naar twee andere teamuitjes.Smollan doet echt haar best om het werken leuk te maken en dat vind ik een groot verschil met andere bedrijven waar ik heb gewerkt!'

Een salaris tussen de €2610 en €2750 bruto (op basis van 40 uur en jouw ervaring).

Een acht maanden contract voor 24-32 uur per week.
