This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and systems, with a focus on building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Build and enhance processes across logistics and warehouse operations.
Develop automation solutions using available tools to improve operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to translate plans into execution.
Support the tracking and reporting of key business and operational KPIs.
Apply accounting principles and internal control frameworks within operational workflows.
Assist in preparing financial and operational insights for senior management.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects.
Design and implement financial and operational policies and procedures.
Ensure internal controls are documented, implemented, and operating effectively.
Prepare Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and perform gap analyses of existing processes.
Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Support the timely measurement and reporting of business performance metrics.
Assist with financial analysis and operational reporting.
Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
MBA, CA, CPA, or ICAEW qualification.
2+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, operations, or business analysis.
Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
