Position Summary The Inventory Control Supervisor leads the daily operations of the Inventory Control department, overseeing Inventory Control Leads and their teams to ensure inventory accuracy, process compliance, and operational efficiency. This role drives continuous improvement, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), manages staffing, and partners with cross-functional teams to support warehouse performance and company objectives. Target Compensation Range: The posted pay range of $50,000-$60,000 represents the anticipated hiring range for this position.
