The Inventory Coordinator maintains accurate inventory records through cycle counts and ERP transactions while coordinating material movement between warehouse and production. They support shipping and receiving activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.
Candidates need 2-4 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. A forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is required, and an associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
Description
The Inventory Coordinator at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material movement, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring inventory transactions are accurately tracked within the ERP system.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, the Inventory Coordinator helps ensure materials are available when needed, inventory remains accurate, and warehouse operations run efficiently. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining organized, accurate inventory systems.
Requirements
At Hyper, you'll play an important role in supporting the supply chain operations behind mission-critical infrastructure solutions. You'll work alongside warehouse, production, and engineering teams to help ensure materials flow efficiently through the manufacturing process while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

The anticipated hiring range for this role is $45,000 - $70,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
