The Training & Quality Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs related to quality control, safety, and operational procedures. They also monitor KPIs, maintain training databases, and ensure staff compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Training Manager position reports to the General Manager on site. He/she is responsible for the coordination and delivery of training courses that are required by DSV and the client. The programs would include but are not limited to quality control, work measurement, manufacturing methods, safety, and work instructions.
To assist in the development of solutions that meet clients’ expectations. To develop and conduct competency training that is role-specific in the areas of systems, P&L management, and leadership development and to provide ongoing support to employees in these areas.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $88,280 – $108,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
