Oversee the overall performance of the parts department, including personnel management, budgeting, and inventory control. Ensure strict compliance with U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and maintain high customer retention rates.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 5-7 years of management experience in the trucking or automotive industry. A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report are mandatory.
