Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with internal teams for sales, legal, and collections-related Dealdesk activities 
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for collections, legal cases, outstanding payments, and operational performance. 
• Track customer payment follow-ups and update collection status reports regularly. 
• Support the operations team with documentation, data management, and process coordination. 
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational and collection metrics. 
• Maintain records of customer communications, legal documentation, and collection updates. 
• Help streamline operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement. 
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks. 
• Perform data analysis and generate insights for management review. 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Finance/ Operations/ Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in handling Sales Operations process.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior exposure to Deal Desk, sales operations, collections, billing, or legal coordination is strongly preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
