About the Role

We are hiring Client Support Representatives to work directly with U.S.-based businesses across multiple industries — including real estate, healthcare, finance, legal, and professional services. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism.

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in a BPO or call center environment supporting U.S. clients across different accounts or industries — and are ready for a stable, long-term placement with a single dedicated client.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and chat professionally and within defined SLAs.
• Respond to inquiries, process requests, and follow up until every case is fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records and log all interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues appropriately and on time.
• Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage follow-up communications as needed.
• Support account onboarding and early-stage client relationship management.
• Meet weekly KPIs — response time, resolution rate, call volume, and quality scores.
• Follow defined SOPs and client-specific protocols consistently.

• Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service or client support — BPO or U.S.-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume.
• CRM or ticketing platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar).
• Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
• Calm under pressure, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working under performance metrics and documented SOPs.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
