Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the community's physical structures, including common areas and vacant apartment homes. Ensure a high-quality living environment for residents through daily inspections and timely resolution of housekeeping issues.
Previous experience in housekeeping, particularly in multifamily housing or hospitality, and a valid driver's license are desired. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance and have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
