Requires at least 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience, including 2-3 years in a management role within a luxury hospitality environment. Must be proficient in financial reporting and hotel management software, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. This position provides leadership to the housekeeping team while driving operational efficiency and achieving departmental goals.
