Candidates must hold an Associate Degree and have at least one year of experience in legal, court, or social services settings. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain professional communication with the public and staff.

Clerical Specialist – MJC
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 to $25.31

Job Summary: This position supports the MJC Information/Intake Desk and Civil Legal Helpline. The objective is to ensure the professional and effective performance of the MJC staff and volunteers in providing service assessments to all individuals seeking assistance, in person, on the phone, or via email. It exists because the other MJC staff are committed to other clinic functions and volunteers alone are not sufficient to ensure quality performance.
