The Lead Housekeeper oversees daily night shift operations, ensuring all common areas and amenity buildings are cleaned and sanitized to company standards. This role involves supervising the housekeeping team, conducting quality inspections, and managing inventory and maintenance reporting.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in housekeeping or a similar role, with prior team leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required, along with the physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for the daily housekeeping operations within sites/facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas.
The Lead Housekeeper provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
