The Tele calling Executive will handle outbound and inbound customer calls to provide information about spa services and schedule appointments. They are also responsible for maintaining customer data, updating call records, and following up for feedback and repeat bookings.
Candidates should have an Intermediate or Graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service. Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi, along with basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Inform customers about spa services, offers, and memberships.
Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services.
Maintain customer data and update call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat bookings.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Intermediate.
1–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or telesales (preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pleasant voice and convincing skills.
