We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital campaigns focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement across real estate and hospitality verticals.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Drive performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
Handle SEO & website optimization to improve organic traffic.
Support CRM integration and lead tracking for better conversions.
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
Track and report campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate/hospitality preferred).
Hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
Experience in managing landing pages and funnel optimization.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Knowledge of real estate or hospitality digital funnels.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
