The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general appearance and upkeep of the property to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents. Key duties include completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new tenants.
Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of maintenance experience and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting. HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications are preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cholla Ranch, a 180 unit apartment community in Buckeye, AZ.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
