EL PERFIL QUE TIENDE A TENER MÁS ÉXITO EN ESTA POSICIÓN
- Experiencia relevante y consistente en seguridad o prevención de pérdidas;
- Experiencia en gestión de contratos y servicios de seguridad;
- Experto en impulsar buenas prácticas y comprensión de los requisitos regulatorios aplicables;
- Conocimiento de la aplicación del plan de autoprotección, sensibilidad hacia la protección de datos y confidencialidad;
- Experiencia de coordinación con Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad;
- Experiencia liderando equipos en entornos de lujo en hostelería se valorará muy positivamente;
- Mentalidad proactiva, resolutiva y orientada a personas;
- Alto nivel de comunicación, empatía y asertividad;
- Español e inglés fluido (hablado y escrito). Catalán es altamente valorado.
