The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents according to specific dietary needs and portion sizes. They also maintain a clean environment by sanitizing kitchen equipment and dining areas while following food safety guidelines.
A high school diploma and previous food service experience are preferred, along with a required ServSafe or Food Handler certification. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
