The Executive Director manages all operational, clinical, and financial aspects of the addiction treatment facility to ensure productivity and profitability. This includes overseeing program development, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading staff to provide high-quality therapeutic care.
A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of administrative experience in mental health or counseling services. Preferred candidates hold a clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, or a PhD/PsyD in Psychology.

The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of operations at the assigned facility(s); including clinical functions/activities, developing, and implementing plans for enhancing productivity, compliance, and profitability. This position supports provision of direct services as needed and develops procedures in response to contractual and state guidelines with oversight of compliance. The Executive Director is responsible for program development and meeting best practice guidelines for all licensing/accreditation.
