The Recovery Technician is responsible for the surgical procurement of ocular tissues from authorized donors while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They also manage donor documentation, transport biological specimens, and maintain effective communication with healthcare partners.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. A medical or biological science background is preferred, along with the ability to perform delicate manual procedures and work flexible, on-call hours.

Position Purpose:
The Recovery Technician is responsible for ocular tissue procurement procedures throughout the service region. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a time-sensitive healthcare environment.
