Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, with 3 years specifically in global leave management or policy development. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of global leave regulations across North America, Europe, and APAC, along with proficiency in data analytics tools.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Benefits Programs, as the Senior Manager of Global Leave & Policies, you will lead and manage our organization's global leave programs and policies. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive suite of leave programs, including but not limited to, paid time off (PTO), sick leave, parental leave, bereavement leave, and other country-specific statutory leave entitlements. In addition, you will oversee other global benefit policies. You will collaborate with HR, legal, and business leaders across the organization to ensure compliance with global regulations and best practices, while optimizing the employee experience and supporting the strategic goals of the business.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three (3) days of onsite work weekly. #LI-hybrid
