5. 与上级经理，同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络，发现和促进各种合作机会。
6. 在上级经理的辅导下，把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。
7. 执行公司推行的各项新举措，在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。
8. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
任职要求
· 教育：
- 具有《医药代表管理办法》（包括不时的修订）要求的医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
· 技能：
- 熟练使用MS Office，英语良好。
- 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
- 具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。
- 善于自我激励，自我挑战和管理压力。
· 经验：
- 医药行业相关工作经验优先。
· 诚信：
