The Clinical Supervisor oversees mental health and case management services for children and families while supervising Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors. They also act as a liaison with external agencies and may manage a personal caseload.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a social science field and possess at least four years of behavioral health experience, including one year in a leadership role. A valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) and the ability to provide clinical supervision per BBS regulations are required.

Driver Requirements: A valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance, with a driving record that consistently meets the agency's eligibility policy.
The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsibility for oversight of mental health services and case management services to children and their families. Supervises Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors providing mental health services to clients referred to Community Services Programs. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. He/she acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff.
