Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a plasma setting. Proficiency in computer skills and comfort working with blood and bio-waste are also required.

Would You Be a Great Phlebotomist?
As a Phlebotomist, you will be at the forefront of plasma collection, performing procedures with safety, accuracy, and efficiency top of mind. Reporting to the Center Manager, you will be responsible for collecting plasma from donors with careful handling and precise documentation, always adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Along with your technical expertise, this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide donors with a positive and professional experience.
