This is a FLOAT position for our Southwest Region Urgent Care Clinics.
Southwest Region: Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Tacoma, University Place, Auburn, and Milton
FTE: 0.9 Shift: Day Schedule: 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Unique Earning Potential, in addition to your base hourly rate:
$2.50/hour Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked
$1.75/hour X-Ray Certification Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked for employees who become trained and certified in X-Ray
$1.25/hour Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts
Extra Shifts and Float incentives awarded when applicable
Monthly Indigo Incentive Program, with a payout rate of up to $300/month
