The Position
The Senior Accountant will support the accounting operations of a multi-entity biotech development and services organization. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for executing key aspects of the close process, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting complex accounting areas including intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and cost accounting. This role partners closely with FP&A by providing accurate financial data and accounting support. Candidates must be able to work full days, on site at our corporate headquarters in Redwood City, a minimum of 3 days per week and as required based on business needs. Key responsibilities include:

The Company also offers participation in the annual bonus program along with a new hire equity program. The salary range for candidates located in the Bay Area is $100,000 - $130,000 annually. We consider various factors when determining the base compensation, including market survey data, experience, and directly related qualifications, which means that the actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience. Candidate’s with less experience than what is required may be considered for the position at a lower job title and compensation.
