This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and ISDI teams to translate requirements into scalable application solutions, improve workflows, maintain strong access governance, and deliver a reliable user experience across the application portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Identity & Applications, this role requires a hands-on, customer-focused administrator who can balance day-to-day operational support with platform improvements, automation, documentation, and lifecycle management in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key responsibilities include:
Enterprise Application Administration & Support
Administer, configure, and support enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, security, and user experience.
Manage application lifecycle activities, including implementation, upgrades, patching, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, release coordination, and vendor support.
Serve as an escalation point for complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution while communicating status to stakeholders.
Monitor application health, usage, licensing, and service performance; recommend improvements that increase reliability, adoption, and value.
Maintain application roadmaps, support models, system inventories, ownership records, and lifecycle documentation.
Collaboration Platforms & Digital Workplace
Administer collaboration, content management, and file-sharing platforms such as Egnyte, SharePoint, Teams OneDrive, Atlassian Confluence & Jira, and Simpplr.
Apply and enforce RevMed security policies for permission management, content administration, information architecture, retention, governance, and external collaboration.
Manage and enhance enterprise intranet portals, including page design, navigation, publishing workflows, audience targeting, and content owner support.
Train and advise end users and content owners on collaboration tools, functionality, governance standards, and best practices.
Identity, Access & Application Security
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), privileged access, and periodic access reviews across enterprise applications.
Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), SCIM provisioning, Conditional Access policies, directory synchronization, and identity integrations using Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, LDAP, and related services.
Partner with Information Security and application owners to enforce least-privilege access, segregation of duties, secure configuration standards, and audit readiness.
Support monitoring, auditing, compliance, and security controls for enterprise applications, including systems subject to SOX and GxP requirements.
Integrations, Automation & Process Improvement
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise systems using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, automation tools, and middleware platforms.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks, access workflows, notifications, reporting, and data synchronization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, optimize workflows, and implement well-governed application enhancements.
Evaluate new application capabilities and vendor offerings, coordinate testing and deployment, and measure adoption and operational outcomes.
Service Management, Documentation & Vendor Coordination
Work within IT service management processes for incidents, requests, problems, changes, assets, and knowledge, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities including ITAM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration records, knowledge articles, support runbooks, and system architecture diagrams.
Coordinate with software vendors and managed service providers on support cases, renewals, roadmap planning, licensing, and service improvements.
Participate in application projects, change control, validation activities, and cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Experience administering business productivity platforms such as Egnyte, DocuSign, Jira, Microsoft OO365, and Smartsheet.
Demonstrated ability to create clear technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and architecture diagrams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Revolution Medicine enables physicians to integrate personalized medicine into their practices in order to more effectively treat patients.
Our genes play an important role in determining how we respond to about 75% of prescription drugs. Scientific research has demonstrated which genes predict these responses. According to the American Medical Association (AMA), 98% of physicians agree that knowing a patient’s genetic profile would help in prescribing medications. Yet, 90% of physicians do not feel they are adequately informed about how to apply genetic testing to treatment decisions.
Our mission is to improve the quality of patient care by helping doctors determine optimal treatment strategies and more accurately predict treatment responses. Revolution Medicine has developed ScriptMatch, an analytical process that enables physicians to easily incorporate genetic testing into their practices.
Our company solves a major issue in the clinical market and addresses an emerging trend in patient-driven healthcare: having clinical results that become part of the medical record and applicable to future treatments.
