The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing care management, quality assurance, and compliance for home care services. This includes leading a team of medical professionals and implementing nursing policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in Home Health and experience with Medicare and Oasis is required.
