The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients' functional status and home environments to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. They provide direct patient care, train patients in adaptive equipment, and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum, registered with the NBCOT, and hold a valid Occupational Therapist License. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and current CPR certification are required.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for occupational therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Service Agreement. Any direct patient care provided will be performed as defined by the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
