The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based pharmaceutical care and optimizing medication therapy for patients. They also supervise pharmacy staff and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree and possess a valid pharmacy license in the state of practice. Previous hospital pharmacy experience and board certification are preferred qualifications.
This position is a 7 on/off days position, Tuesday through Monday from 0700-1730.
