The Unit Manager is responsible for the daily care, safety, and health needs of residents within a sub-acute unit. This includes supervising nursing staff, developing care plans, and coordinating with physicians to ensure quality care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid RN license in good standing. Proficiency in safe nursing practices and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance are required.
