Housekeeper - Senior Living Community
Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while working with seniors? Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dedicated and caring Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the comfort and well-being of our residents, making a positive impact in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards
- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents and staff
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate attitude and respect for seniors
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability on some weekends
- Good communication skills and reliability
