The Phlebotomist II is responsible for performing blood collections, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary procedures. They must maintain accurate data entry records and remain flexible to support staffing needs, including weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have at least three years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
