Requires a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferred experience includes 2-4 years in treasury management, specifically within the healthcare or senior living sectors.
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's treasury operations, including cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and investment analysis. This role ensures the organization maintains adequate liquidity to support operations while maximizing the performance of available cash and investments. The Treasury Manager partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Executive Leadership, and operational leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support organizational initiatives.
This position requires a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
