The Retail Sales Associate provides professional customer service and processes sales transactions at the POS register. They are also responsible for maintaining the sales floor presentation, handling donations, and performing general store housekeeping duties.
Candidates must have basic math and cash handling skills and the ability to operate a computer and POS system. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours in a non-climate-controlled environment.

The Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service as a first point of contact with retail customers and maintains the sales floor to ensure an enjoyable and safe shopping experience. Partners with team members in a fast-paced environment to expedite merchandise for sale and display on the sales floor. Provides operational support to management team.
