The Employment Specialist develops individualized vocational plans and assists clients with mental illness and addictions in finding and maintaining employment. This includes job development, providing on-site coaching, and coordinating with employers to implement necessary accommodations.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of experience in vocational rehabilitation is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and an insurable driving record.
