The Social Services Specialist assists residents and families with adjustment to facility placement, illness, and care planning. They also manage psychosocial assessments, coordinate community resources, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a geriatric or long-term care setting is strongly preferred.
