The occupational therapist will perform clinical evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols. They are responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary care, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients on recovery programs.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and possess current state licensure. Successful completion of the National Registry Examination is required, with Hand Therapy Certification preferred.

The occupational therapist will perform clinical duties including evaluations, formulating a treatment plan and ensuring that all aspects of the treatment plan are carried out concurrent with the medical protocols established by Concentra.
This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $96,000 to $115,000 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
