Strategic PlanningThe Director of Strategic Initiatives & Execution will lead and drive the execution of critical Quality and Compliance (“Q&C”)-wide strategic initiatives, partnering closely within Quality & Compliance and/or cross-functionally across J&J to identify, launch, and lead critical projects with measurable outcomes and impact to the function, J&J sectors, and patients. In parallel, the director will provide strategic business partnership to the Q&C finance team, partnering closely to shape strategic narratives on annual financial deliverables, including the long-range financial plan, business plan, quarterly reporting, and current year forecast updates. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Strategic Insights & Performance Management and will work closely with the Chief Quality Officer and Q&C Leadership Team.
