The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health interventions for patients and families within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, managing cases, and coordinating discharge planning to ensure continuing care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and a valid New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is required, with pediatric oncology experience preferred.
