The Area Service Manager is responsible for driving service revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction within a designated district. They lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive customer solutions while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with safety standards.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, or 14 years of relevant work experience. Strong business acumen, P&L management skills, and a valid driver's license are required.

Average annual revenue of 5.5 million with an expected margin target of 45%.

Pay range for this opportunity is $100,000.00- $139,150.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
