The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education. Candidates must be capable of performing security checks, maintaining detailed documentation, and utilizing de-escalation techniques.

The Client Support Specialist provides a system of accountability and continuous supervision of the adult offender population by monitoring all residential activities.
