About the Role:
Assistant in Nursing (AIN) supports residents with compassionate, person‑centred care, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Working under the direction of clinical staff, the AIN assists with daily living, monitors wellbeing, and contributes to a safe, supportive aged‑care environment.
