Join a Crew that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs
“Working for Better Rehab is awesome! I love the variety of the caseload, I love the team, and I love the work-life-balance.” Maddie, OT
Be part of our expanding presence in the Central Coast and enjoy the support of two experienced Senior Occupational Therapists who are passionate about mentoring and helping you grow; both personally and professionally.
While we currently operate under a remote model, we have exciting plans to open a local office as our team continues to grow. In the meantime, you’ll need to feel confident and comfortable working independently from home, with plenty of virtual support and connection along the way.
Joining our Central Coast team, you'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. Here, you’ll find a career that offers not just a job, but a fulfilling journey making real differences in people’s lives.
Day-to-day you will:
Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks and even at the beach!
Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
