The Clinical Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. They will facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions while coordinating care and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with a valid Florida license such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Additionally, applicants must possess clinical experience in substance use or behavioral health and be able to pass a Level II AHCA background screening.

Who We're Looking For
The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing patient care as directed by the Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic individual, family, and group sessions, coordinating care with referral sources, collaborating with the treatment team, and assisting with discharge planning.
