The OpportunityThis role is for people early in their career who want to build a serious future in sales by doing the actual work—in the field, with real customers, real targets, and real accountability.
We are looking for individuals with approximately 1–2+ years of professional experience who are high-energy, highly coachable, and willing to put in the work to grow quickly. Previous senior living or healthcare experience is not required.
You will join our go-to-market team, spending the majority of your time in the field engaging Assisted Living operators across your assigned territory. The bet in this role is on energy, work ethic, coachability, and long-term potential.
What that looks like day-to-dayGetting in front of decision-makers: Meeting senior living operators face-to-face and showing them how AllCare’s AI-driven model solves real operational challenges.
Owning your activity: Building and managing your own pipeline with clear activity expectations and measurable goals.
Active selling: This is not a desk job. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, not behind a screen.
Rapid learning: Learning through structured training, coaching, ride-alongs, and in-field shadowing with sales, operations, and clinical teams.
Building field presence: Developing relationships, learning your market, and becoming a credible operator in your territory.
