The Health Record Clerk manages health record activities, including responding to records requests and ensuring HIPAA compliance. They are also responsible for scanning, indexing, and maintaining electronic health records and coordinating with outside services.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in medical records processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.
